At the exhibition, Hongdian showcased its portfolio of Industrial 4G/5G Edge Computing Gateways, Industrial Routers, Enterprise SD-WAN Routers, 4G/5G Edge AI Gateways, In-Vehicle Gateways, and Smart Water Sensors.
Designed for industrial automation, enterprise networking, transportation, and water management applications, these solutions help customers achieve reliable connectivity, simplified networking, and edge intelligence, enabling more efficient operations and accelerating digital transformation.
Live Demonstrations of AI and Smart Water Monitoring
To provide visitors with hands-on insights into real-world applications, Hongdian showcased two interactive demonstration systems at the booth.
The AI demonstration system highlighted real-time edge intelligence capabilities, including the detection of safety helmets, reflective vests, and other workplace safety indicators. Powered by edge AI technology, the system demonstrated how intelligent video analytics can help improve safety management and operational efficiency across industrial sites.
Hongdian also presented a smart water monitoring demonstration system, showcasing real-time water level monitoring and data visualization capabilities. The demonstration illustrated how IoT-enabled sensing technologies can support flood monitoring, water resource management, and smart infrastructure operations.
Industrial 5G in Action at the 5G & IIoT Arena
A key highlight of the exhibition was Hongdian's participation in the 5G & IIoT Arena alongside our valued partner Emikon Otomasyon, the sponsor of this special exhibition zone. Through this collaboration, visitors experienced how industrial 5G connectivity can support intelligent automation and real-world AIoT applications.
Hongdian's industrial 5G router was integrated into several live industrial automation demonstrations, showcasing the role of reliable wireless connectivity in enabling intelligent machine collaboration and real-time industrial operations.
One demonstration featured a robotic arm that reproduced handwriting entered on a tablet in real time, illustrating low-latency data transmission and responsive remote control enabled by industrial 5G connectivity.
Another demonstration showcased a collaborative automation workflow involving an autonomous mobile robot (AMR) and a robotic arm. In this scenario, the AMR autonomously arrived at a workstation, where the robotic arm picked up a container from a storage rack and accurately placed it onto the robot for transport. The demonstration highlighted how industrial 5G connectivity supports seamless coordination between intelligent machines in smart manufacturing environments.
